§ acts:saved-54. (21)
2. The owner or owners or lienor or lienors of any lands affected by the report or reports
of said commissioners, may pay and satisfy the amount charged against any lot or parcel
of land included in said report, with interest, and the costs, search fees, charges
and disbursements incident to the adjustment of the same, at any time after such report
is filed and before the same is confirmed, by paying the amount of such tax, charges,
fees and disbursements to the county clerk, who shall thereupon enter a satisfaction
of such tax and charges on the margin of such report, and remit the amount so collected
to the collector of the municipality entitled to receive the same.
