§ acts:saved-54. (13)
13. When notice shall have been served upon any person or persons having or appearing
to have of record an estate in or mortgage upon any lands sold, as provided in this
act, and proof of such service has been made and filed, as provided in this act, any
person or persons claiming by descent, devise, deed, mortgage, assignment or otherwise,
through or under the person or persons so served, shall be bound by the notice so
served on such person or persons by, through or under whom such estate, interest or
lien has been acquired.
