§ acts:saved-52. (2)
2. Whenever any county and municipality, acting jointly, shall make application to the
state house commission, constituted as aforesaid, for any lands of the state, not
exceeding one acre in area, the said state house commission may grant by deed to such
county and municipality, so jointly applying, such lands, not exceeding one acre in
area, the location of which shall be determined by the state house commission, and
upon conveyance the title to such lands for the purpose aforesaid shall vest jointly
in such county and municipality.
