§ acts:saved-40. (48.1)
1. The following described territory in the township of Washington, in the county of
Gloucester, be and the same is hereby annexed to and becomes a part of the township
of Gloucester, in the county of Camden. The said territory is described as follows: Beginning at a spike where the center line of Salina road also known as the County
House road intersects the center line of Good Intent road also known as the road from
Creesville to Blackwood; thence (1) along the center line of Salina road south eighty-six
degrees, one minute east a distance of nine hundred seventeen and ninety-one one-hundredths
feet to a point in the center line of same and corner to land now owned by Camden
county; thence (2) north three degrees, forty-seven minutes east along the line of
lands of Camden county (formerly Morgan) a distance of one thousand twenty-eight and
seventy-seven one-hundredths feet to a stake in corner of lands of Camden county (late
Morgan); thence (3) north sixty-seven degrees, thirty-seven minutes, thirty seconds
west along the line of lands of Camden county (late Morgan) a distance of five hundred
thirty-seven and seventy-nine one-hundredths feet to a point in the center line of
Good Intent road; thence (4) along the center line of Good Intent road south twenty-two
degrees, thirty-seven minutes west a distance of one thousand two hundred sixty-four
and sixty-three one-hundredths feet to a spike and place of beginning. Containing eighteen and six hundred and forty-eight thousandths acres.
