§ acts:saved-40. (4)

4. The adoption of an ordinance providing for the enlargement of the membership of the

board of recreation commissioners of a municipality under the terms of this supplement

and the appointment of additional members of such board shall not affect the tenure

of office and the terms and conditions of employment of the several officers and employees

of the board of recreation commissioners existing in the municipality at the time

of the adoption of such ordinance, but all such officers and employees shall continue

to serve in accordance with the terms of their respective election, appointment and

employment.
