§ acts:saved-32. (83)

8. Such notice and demand shall be in writing and signed by the chairman and secretary

of the commission of the party giving the notice and making the demand. It shall be served personally upon the party alleged to be in default by personal

delivery to the chairman, secretary or other responsible person in charge of the executive

office of the commission of such party or to the governor of the party alleged to

be in default and also by mailing another copy of such notice by registered mail to

the commission of such party addressed to it at its executive office or to the governor

of such party.
