§ acts:saved-32. (112)
And Whereas, The consent of congress to the making of the said agreement has been
heretofore obtained. 1. The act of the New Jersey Interstate Bridge and Tunnel Commission in making the above
agreement stands ratified and confirmed upon the part of the state of New Jersey,
and the said agreement is in all things declared to be valid and binding upon the
state of New Jersey.
