§ acts:saved-30. (1)
1. Bonds of the state of New Jersey in the sum of ten million dollars are hereby authorized
for the construction, reconstruction, development, extension and equipment of state
charitable, hospital, relief, training, correctional, reformatory and penal institutions
and the appurtenances thereto, which shall be deemed construction and improvement
of state institutions, to be designated as “state institutional construction fund”. Such bonds shall be issued not in excess of three million dollars per year.
