§ 52:27h-82.

Notwithstanding any provisions of the “New Jersey Local Development Financing Fund

Act,” P.L.1983, c. 190 ( C. 34:1B-36 et seq. ), to the contrary, projects which are otherwise eligible under that act, but which

are located in a municipality in which an enterprise zone is designated pursuant to

the “New Jersey Urban Enterprise Zones Act,” P.L.1983, c. 303 ( C. 52:27H-60 et seq. ), shall, upon the written recommendation of the authority, be accorded priority in

receiving assistance from the New Jersey Local Development Financing Fund, over eligible

projects which are not so located.
