§ 52:27d-123c.

No certificate of occupancy shall be issued for any newly constructed school or residential

building required to be constructed in accordance with radon hazard code standards

as provided in section 2 of this act, 1 except upon verification by the construction official that the school or residential

building conforms to the radon hazard code standards. 1
