§ 52:13c-21a.
Any governmental affairs agent or lobbyist not a resident of this State, or not a corporation of this State
or authorized to do business in this State, shall file with the Election Law Enforcement
Commission, before attempting to influence legislation , regulation or governmental process, or within 30 days of the effective date of P.L.2004, c. 27, as appropriate , its consent to service of process at an address within this State, or by regular
mail at an address outside this State.
