§ 51:1-114.
It shall be unlawful for any person to engage in the business of selling, trading-in,
receiving, installing or repairing condemned, rebuilt or used weighing or measuring
devices in this State without first obtaining from the State Superintendent of Weights
and Measures 1 a license and registration to so engage in any said business. 1
