§ 4:20-32.
Any person who shall offend against the provisions of sections 4:20-30 and 4:20-31 of this Title, or shall willfully injure, dig up, or otherwise deface or destroy
any hedge sets, hedges or fence erected for their protection, shall for each offense
be liable to a penalty of thirty dollars ($30.00), to be recovered, with costs, in
a court of competent jurisdiction, by a civil action by and in the name of the person
injured, and in addition thereto shall be liable for all damages to the person injured.
