§ 4:1c-42.
Any land acquired by the committee pursuant to the terms of P.L.1989, c. 28 ( C.4:1C-38 et al.) shall be held of record in the name of the State and shall be offered for
sale by the committee with a deed restriction permanently prohibiting nonagricultural
development. Land sold with a deed restriction permanently prohibiting nonagricultural development
pursuant to this section is exempt from the provisions of section 2 of P.L.1989, c. 28 ( C.4:1C-39 ).
