§ 46:6-6.

All letters of attorney for any sale, conveyance, assurance, lease, acquittance or

release hereafter duly executed and recorded in accordance with the provisions of

section 46:16-1 of the Revised Statutes shall be considered as unrevoked and as remaining

in full force and effect in accordance with the terms thereof unless and until the

letters of attorney are revoked by the principal by an instrument duly executed and

recorded in accordance with the provisions of section 46:16-2 of the Revised Statutes,

except that nothing herein contained shall continue in effect any letters of attorney

revoked by the death of the principal.
