§ 45:14-70.
a. The board shall specify by rule or regulation the permit application procedures
to be followed, including, but not limited to, the specification of forms to be used,
the time and place the application is to be made and the fees to be charged. b. Applicants for a permit to operate a pharmacy practice site within this State shall
file with the board a verified application containing the information that the board
requires of the applicant relative to the qualifications for the specific permit. c. The board shall specify, by rule or regulation, minimum standards for any pharmacy
practice site within this State. Pharmacy practice sites located in New Jersey shall be operated at all times under
the immediate supervision of a pharmacist licensed to practice in this State. d. Permits issued by the board pursuant to this act shall not be transferable or assignable
without the approval of the board.
