§ 43:15a-59.

The following acts and parts of acts are repealed, effective July 1, 1966: P.L.1954, c. 84, § 59; 1 P.L.1956, c. 219; 2 P.L.1960, c. 124; 3 and P.L.1962, c. 171. 4 The repeal of the aforesaid section and acts shall not be construed to provide for

any retroactive effect. Where a member's retirement allowance was reduced by the amount of the old age insurance

benefit under Title II of the Social Security Act 5 , paid or payable to him, whether received or not, or if such a reduction is to be

made upon the member's attainment of age 65, on or after July 1, 1966 such reduction

shall cease or no reduction shall be made. 1
