§ 40a:9-146.

This act shall not affect any agreement entered into prior to the effective date of

this act between a municipal tax assessor and the municipality with respect to the

hours during which a municipal tax assessor is required to perform the duties of his

office. Any change in hours from those previously agreed to shall be subject to further

agreement.
