§ 3a:6-11.
If any person shall desire to have the appointment of any administrator appointed
in another state recorded in this state for the purpose of manifesting the authority
of such administrator to release or discharge real estate in this state from any mortgage,
judgment, other lien or encumbrance which was held by his intestate, the surrogate
of any county wherein such real estate is situate, or the clerk of the superior court,
may, upon the presentation to him of an exemplified copy of the record of the appointment
of such administrator, record the same and file such copy in his office, and such
record or certified copies thereof shall be received as evidence in all courts of
this state.
