§ 3a:29-1.

In addition to any other duties imposed upon him by law, it shall be the duty of every

guardian appointed by the surrogate's or County Court of any county, or by the Superior

Court, who shall receive on account of his ward any moneys from a Federal agency,

at such intervals as the court appointing such guardian may require, to render to

the County Court of the county, or if he is appointed by the Superior Court, then

to the Superior Court, a true account of his administration of all moneys received

by him, as guardian, by way of pension, bounty or other allowance from the United

States, the account to be submitted in duplicate. Each year when not required to render an account to the court, the guardian shall

render an account to the regional office of the veterans administration on forms to

be supplied by the Federal agency.
