§ 3a:24-30.

The bond pursuant to section 3A:24-29 of this title shall be in a sum fixed by the court and with sureties, and shall be

conditioned substantially as follows: a. To pay the executor or administrator such money as may be required to pay the residue

of the debts and the just expenses and allowances for the settlement of the estate,

which shall remain after the personal estate shall be applied thereto; and b. To indemnify and save harmless the executor or administrator from any damages or

costs to which he may individually be lawfully subjected by reason of the delay.
