§ 3a:14a-9.
Except as expressly provided in the trust instrument, this act shall apply to trusts
and estates created or established before or after its effective date, except that
it shall not affect or apply to any apportionment or allocation of principal or income
which was in fact made by the fiduciary prior to the effective date of this act.
