§ 39:4-14.
It is unlawful for any person to operate a motorized bicycle while under the influence
of intoxicating liquor, or a narcotic, hallucinogenic or habit-producing drug. Any person who violates the provisions of this act shall be subject to the same
penalties as provided in R.S. 39:4-50 for conviction of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of any such
substance. In any prosecution for a violation of this act, the presumptions, consent and procedures
set forth in P.L.1951, c. 23, s. 30 ( C. 39:4-50.1 ) and P.L.1966, c. 142, ss. 2-5 ( C. 39:4-50.2 to 39:4-50.5 ) 1 shall be applicable. 1
