§ 39:4-120.

As used in this act: a. “ Private road open to the public ” means a private road leading from an establishment open to the public including

but not limited to a shopping center, restaurant, movie theater or arena. b. “ Public-private intersection ” means the intersection of a private road open to the public with a highway.
