§ 39:10a-14.
At any time prior to the sale of the motor vehicle or the issuance of a junk title
certificate therefor, the owner of the motor vehicle may reclaim possession of the
motor vehicle from the motor vehicle repair facility or other person with whom the
motor vehicle is stored pursuant to this act, upon payment of the reasonable costs
of removal and storage of the motor vehicle, the expenses incurred pursuant to the
provisions of this act, and the charges for the servicing or repair of the motor vehicle.
