§ 34:15-41.

In computing any limitation of time for filing petitions and instituting proceedings

prescribed by chapter fifteen of Title 34 of the Revised Statutes, the time during

which any claimant is in a foreign country, while the government of or in control

of said country is at war with the Government of the United States or while postal

communications between said country and the United States are suspended, and twelve

months thereafter shall not be computed as part of any such period of limitation.
