§ 34:15-124.
Records and papers of, or pertaining to, workmen's compensation cases, on file in
the Division of Workmen's Compensation and its predecessor, Workmen's Compensation
Bureau, which do not constitute a part of the record of any workmen's compensation
formal case, may be destroyed by the Division of Workmen's Compensation; provided,
the Commissioner of Labor and Industry and the Bureau of Archives and History in the
State Department of Education shall approve such destruction.
