§ 33:4-1.
The Director of the Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control in the Department of Law and Public Safety , the Commissioner of Human Services , the Commissioner of Education, and the Commissioner of Health, are hereby constituted a commission, to be known as the Commission on Substance Use Disorder and Promotion of Temperance, and empowered to prepare and administer a program for
the rehabilitation of persons with substance use disorder and the promotion and furtherance of temperance and temperance education in this
State; to utilize such facilities in this State, including equipment, and professional
and other personnel, as may be made available for said purposes; and to expend such
sums for said purposes as may, from time to time, be appropriated therefor by the
Legislature.
