§ 32:13a-2.
Gloucester County Tunnel Commission is hereby authorized and empowered, in addition
to such other powers of which it is now legally possessed, to enter into a contract
or contracts with Delaware County Pennsylvania Authority, an Authority of the Commonwealth
of Pennsylvania, for the construction, operation and maintenance of a tunnel under
the Delaware river and to issue tunnel revenue bonds for such purpose, payable solely
from earnings jointly with said Delaware County Pennsylvania Authority.
