§ 30:1a-6.

It shall be the duty of the council: a. To make policy recommendations to the interdepartmental policy coordinating committee

established pursuant to section 17 of P.L.1979, c. 496 ( C. 30:1A-2 ) regarding the development and coordination of licensing and enforcement standards

in boarding houses and residential health care facilities and the provision of services

to their residents; b. To advise the Departments of Human Services, Community Affairs, and Health regarding

methods for identification of boarding houses and residential health care facilities

for which no license has been issued; c. To advise the departments during the development and revision of regulations;

and d. To review and comment upon proposed regulations.
