§ 2a:17-56.

The Commissioner of Human Services shall, in accordance with the “Administrative Procedure

Act,” P.L.1968, c. 410 ( C.52:14B-1 et seq. ), and in conjunction with the Supreme Court, the Division of Motor Vehicles, the

Administrative Office of the Courts and the Department of the Treasury, adopt and

promulgate such rules and regulations as may be necessary for the implementation of

this act, including, but not limited to: the protection of the confidential use of

the information concerning putative fathers and child support obligors to safeguard

against the unauthorized use, disclosure or publication of the information; and,

the establishment of penalties for those cases in which the information is improperly

used, disclosed or published beyond the purposes of this act.
