§ 26:2h-157.
The commissioner and the Commissioner of Community Affairs, pursuant to the “Administrative
Procedure Act,” P.L.1968, c. 410 ( C.52:14B-1 et seq. ), shall adopt, notwithstanding any provision of P.L.1968, c. 410 ( C.52:14B-1 et seq. ) to the contrary, immediately upon filing with the Office of Administrative Law,
such rules and regulations as the commissioners deem necessary to effectuate the purposes
of P.L.2015, c. 125 ( C.55:13B-5.1 et al.), which shall be effective for a period not to exceed 12 months following
the effective date of P.L.2015, c. 125 . The regulations shall thereafter be amended, adopted, or readopted, in accordance
with the provisions of P.L.1968, c. 410 ( C.52:14B-1 et seq. ), as the commissioner or the Commissioner of Community Affairs determine necessary
to effectuate the purposes of P.L.2015, c. 125 ( C.55:13B-5.1 et al.).
