§ 19:53c-7.
To vote for a candidate whose name is printed in any column, or to vote in favor of
or against any public question printed on the provisional ballot, the voter shall: a. Mark a cross x, plus + or check ✓ in the square provided for the name of each candidate
in any column for whom the voter chooses to vote, or for a public question, make the
same marking in the square provided for either the word “Yes” or “No” of each public
question, if the ballot requires such designation to be considered valid; b. (Deleted by amendment, P.L.2004, c. 88 ) ; c. Complete the connecting line adjacent to the name of each candidate in any column
for whom the voter chooses to vote, or for a public question, complete the connecting
line adjacent to either the word “Yes” or “No” of each public question, if the ballot
requires such designation to be considered valid; or d. Fill in the designated space adjacent to the name of the candidate for whom the
voter chooses to vote, or for a public question, fill in the designated space adjacent
to either the word “Yes” or “No” of each public question, if the ballot requires such
a designation to be considered valid.
