§ 18a:71a-14.

Any resolution or resolutions of the authority authorizing any bonds or any issues

of bonds may contain provisions, which shall be a part of the contract with the holders

of the bonds to be authorized as to: a. the pledging of all or any part of the revenues of the authority; b. the use and disposition of the revenues; c. the setting aside of reserves or sinking funds, and the regulations and disposition

thereof; d. limitations on the issuance of additional bonds, the terms upon which additional

bonds may be issued and secured and the refunding of outstanding bonds; e. the procedure, if any, by which the terms of any contract with bondholders may

be amended or abrogated, the amount of bonds the holders of which must consent thereto,

and the manner in which the consent may be given; f. limitations on the purpose to which the proceeds of sale of any issue of bonds

then or thereafter to be issued may be applied and pledging the proceeds to secure

the payment of the bonds or any issue of the bonds; g. defining the acts or omissions to act which shall constitute a default in the duties

of the authority to holders of its obligations and providing the rights and remedies

of the holders in the event of a default; and h. the making of covenants other than and in addition to the covenants herein expressly

authorized, of like or different character; and the making of the covenants to do

or refrain from doing such acts and things as may be necessary or convenient or desirable

in order to better secure the bonds, notes or other obligations which, in the absolute

discretion of the authority, will tend to make the bonds, notes, or other obligations

more marketable, notwithstanding that the covenants, acts or things may not be enumerated

herein.
