§ 18a:66-168.

With respect to the portion of the alternate benefit program, P.L.1969, c. 242 ( C.18A:66-167 et seq. ), that is subject to section 403(b) of the federal Internal Revenue Code ( 26 U.S.C. s. 403(b) ), the State may terminate the 403(b) portion of the alternate benefit program only

as permitted by the applicable regulations of the United States Department of the

Treasury.
