§ 18a:64a-78.
This act shall become operative only after acceptance and adoption by the board of
trustees of the private institution, which shall be by resolution which shall: a. Impress the property and funds remaining under the board of governors with a public
trust for the use and benefit of the higher education of the citizens of the county;
and b. Effectuate the changes in the bylaws of the private institution which are necessary
to implement the provisions of this act.
