§ 18a:64-13.

Students in each State college who are residents of New Jersey shall be required to

pay each year a minimum tuition fee and nonresidents of the State shall pay an additional

fee. Such fees and any increase of the minimum tuition fee shall be determined by each

college board of trustees. The board of trustees may waive the payment of the college's anticipated tuition

revenues to accomplish mission-related or policy goals.
