§ 18a:52-3.

No admission fee shall be charged. At least one school in each ward or subdivision of each municipality, where practicable,

shall be designated by the board of education for the purpose of carrying out the

provisions of this chapter. At least one lecture shall be delivered during each of the months of October, November,

December, January, February and March in each year, which shall be advertised in a

newspaper published in the municipality, or, if no newspaper is published in the municipality,

then in a newspaper published in the county and circulating in the district, at least

10 days in advance of the delivery of the lecture.
