§ 18a:20-9.

Upon the request or with the concurrence of the governing body of a municipality the

board of education of any district is authorized to convey and transfer, without consideration,

its right, title and interest in and to any trunk or other sewer line to the municipality

in which it is situated subject to the continued right of the district to use the

same together with such other use as may be authorized by the governing body of the

municipality.
