§ 17:9a-441.
Any office of a foreign bank existing in this State on the effective date of sections
37 through 86 of P.L.1996, c. 17 ( C. 17:9A-418 through C. 17:9A-467 ) which had been previously approved by the commissioner shall be granted a license
by the commissioner as a representative office for purposes of that act.
