§ 17:9a-317.

As a prerequisite to its qualification in any fiduciary capacity specified in section

316, 1 in any court of this State, a foreign bank shall present to the court a certificate

of the commissioner certifying that it is authorized to transact business in this

State pursuant to this article and shall furnish a bond if required by the court pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.3B:15-1 . 1
