§ 13:1g-4.

It shall not be a violation of the “Noise Control Act of 1971” P.L.1971, c. 418 ( C. 13:1G-1 et seq. ) or any rule or regulation promulgated by the Department of Environmental Protection

pursuant to that act, for a municipality to sound an alarm by siren, bell or other

appropriate method in order to warn juveniles of the approach or arrival of the curfew

hour established by municipal ordinance; providing that the governing body of the

municipality has, by ordinance, determined to sound an alarm.
