There is established the Tire Management and Cleanup Fund as a nonlapsing fund in
the Department of Environmental Protection in which shall be annually deposited the
sum provided pursuant to section 2 of P.L.2004, c. 46 ( C.54:32F-2 ) and any recoveries made pursuant to subsection c. of section 4 of P.L.2004, c. 46 ( C.13:1E-225 ).
