§ 13:1e-128.
Notwithstanding any provision of section 2 of P.L.1983, c. 392 ( C.13:1E-127 ) or section 3 of P.L.1983, c. 392 ( C.13:1E-128 ), or any rules or regulations adopted pursuant thereto, to the contrary, a business
concern that is a secondary business activity corporation which is listed in the disclosure
statement of an applicant or a permittee as required pursuant to P.L.1983, c. 392
( C.13:1E-126 et seq. ), and that is not the applicant or permittee, shall not be required to disclose or
submit any more information than that which is required of a secondary business activity
corporation that is an applicant or a permittee, as provided pursuant to paragraphs
(a) through (h) of subsection e. of section 2 of P.L.1983, c. 392 ( C.13:1E-127 ), and, as applicable, subsections b. and d. of section 3 of P.L.1983, c. 392 ( C.13:1E-128 ) and sections 4 and 5 of P.L.1983, c. 392 ( C.13:1E-129 and C.13:1E-130 ).
