§ app:a-4.

Such refunding bonds may be issued in one or more series, and shall recite that they

are issued pursuant to this act, and shall bear such date or dates, mature at such

time or times, not exceeding forty years from their date, bear interest at such rate

or rates, payable at such time or times, be in such denomination, in such form either

coupon or registered, carry such registration privileges, be executed in such manner,

be payable at such place or places and be subject to such terms of redemption with

or without premium, as may be determined by resolution or resolutions of the board

of education.
