§ 44:1-101.

Overseers 1 shall, annually, make to their county, municipal governing bodies, or district board,

as the case may be, within thirty days after the first meeting thereof in the year,

a report or reports, in writing, which shall be a summary of the entries of the records

mentioned and authorized in this chapter. 1
