September of each year is designated as “Leukemia, Lymphoma, and Myeloma Awareness

Month” in New Jersey to enable New Jersey to join with The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society

in designating September as Leukemia, Lymphoma, and Myeloma Awareness Month, increase

awareness and understanding of blood-related cancers, and encourage participation
