§ 24:5-3.
Such guaranty, to afford protection, shall contain the name and address of the person
making the sale of such article to the dealer. In case the seller is a resident of this state, he shall be amenable to the prosecution,
fines, and penalties which would attach to the dealer under any provision of this
subtitle.
