§ 294-A-5. Section 294-A:5 Rendering Professional Services.

A professional corporation, domestic or foreign, may render professional services in this state only through those persons permitted to render such services by the appropriate licensing authority. Nothing in this chapter shall be construed: I. To require that any person who is employed by a professional corporation must be licensed to perform services for which no license is otherwise required; II. To prohibit the rendering of professional services by a licensed natural person acting in his individual capacity. Any such person may also be a shareholder, director, officer, employee, or agent of a professional corporation, domestic or foreign; or III. To prohibit the rendering of professional services by a person acting under the supervision or control of a licensed natural person.
