§ 282-A-176. Section 282-A:176 Rules and Rulemaking.
I. All rulemaking power provided in this chapter shall be exercised in accordance with the provisions of RSA 541-A. All rules adopted by the authority of this chapter shall be adopted pursuant to RSA 541-A. II. The terms "require," "prescribe," "determine," "establish," and "set" when referring to an action taken by the department of employment security to set a requirement binding on the public shall mean to "adopt a rule pursuant to RSA 541-A."
